All immunizations must be up-to-date for all Kindergarten students by January 1, 2015 per the Michigan Department of Health. If your child will not be up-to-date or their wellness visit is scheduled for after that day, you must have a waiver on file.  A student can be subject to exclusion from school without up-to-date immunizations or a waiver on file. If you are opting out of immunizations, a certified  immunization waiver must be filed out.  Certified waivers are ONLY available through the Genesee Health Dept; they are no longer available at the school.
